The main challenge was for the site to communicate the value of the eBook and consulting services. I started by designing a responsive and visually appealing site in Figma, then implemented the design using the Relume library in Webflow. The design was optimized for conversions, with clear calls to action and an intuitive navigation flow.Data Management: 📊
I implemented Airtable as a central database for managing client information. Each purchase made through the integration of the Webflow site with Easycart(stripe) triggered an entry in Airtable where client data was organized for easy access and management of the therapy consultation process.
🤖 Workflow Automation:
Using Make, I automated the entire customer journey.
- When a customer purchased an e-book along with a consultation package, they were sent to the Airtable database. They then received a purchase confirmation email via SendGrid.
- The next email was a link to a survey that allowed them to select the best therapy and specialist based on their answers. Once the survey was completed, the system automatically counted the values and sent a link to the calendars of specialists who best matched the client’s requirements. Consultations were scheduled via Calendly integration.
- After each visit, the client also received a meeting evaluation form, the data of which was anonymized, which allowed for better quality of service. All information was sent to the Airtable database.Communication tools:📱
Twilio was integrated to send SMS notifications and reminders, ensuring that customers were engaged and informed throughout the process.
