Complex expericence without coding
In the competitive online therapy industry, it’s crucial to provide not only the highest quality care but also a seamless and personalized user experience. Wellify is a therapy consultation and resource platform that needed a way to streamline its service offerings, promote its therapy e-book guide, and effectively manage customer interactions. The challenge was to provide a flexible customer journey while automating customer management processes.

🌱 I conceptualized this project from the ground up with the goal of building a Webflow site that would promote Wellify consultations. Additionally, I was fully responsible for setting up an automated system that helps manage customer interactions from purchase to consultation, using tools like Airtable, Zapier, Make, Twilio, SendGrid, Calendly, and Google Forms. The goal was to provide a personalized and seamless experience for each customer while minimizing manual oversight.
  • User-centric design: 👤
    The main challenge was for the site to communicate the value of the eBook and consulting services. I started by designing a responsive and visually appealing site in Figma, then implemented the design using the Relume library in Webflow. The design was optimized for conversions, with clear calls to action and an intuitive navigation flow.

  • Data Management: 📊

    I implemented Airtable as a central database for managing client information. Each purchase made through the integration of the Webflow site with Easycart(stripe) triggered an entry in Airtable where client data was organized for easy access and management of the therapy consultation process.

  • 🤖 Workflow Automation:
    Using Make, I automated the entire customer journey.

    - When a customer purchased an e-book along with a consultation package, they were sent to the Airtable database. They then received a purchase confirmation email via SendGrid.
    - The next email was a link to a survey that allowed them to select the best therapy and specialist based on their answers. Once the survey was completed, the system automatically counted the values ​​and sent a link to the calendars of specialists who best matched the client’s requirements. Consultations were scheduled via Calendly integration.

    - After each visit, the client also received a meeting evaluation form, the data of which was anonymized, which allowed for better quality of service. All information was sent to the Airtable database.

  • Communication tools:📱
    Twilio was integrated to send SMS notifications and reminders, ensuring that customers were engaged and informed throughout the process.

Results
The new system has the potential to reduce manual effort, allowing the Wellify team to focus on delivering high-quality therapy services rather than managing administrative tasks. Automated workflows supported 90% of the client management process, from purchase to consultation.
The platform was designed to scale easily, allowing Wellify to expand its service offerings without having to rebuild its existing system.This project not only showcased my skills in designing and developing effective digital solutions, but also demonstrated my ability to integrate complex systems and automation tools to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
